Learn to roll and Greenlandic skills weekend.
Ontario Greenland Camp is about sharing and promoting the joy of Greenland kayaking. It is about working together to share knowledge, skills and good times with other Greenland enthusiasts. We are really excited that 2014 is OGC's fifth year of passing on a passion for traditional paddling skills.
As fun as it is informative, this highly anticipated Greenland kayaking event draws paddlers from far and wide each fall to reconnect and learn age-old skills of the Arctic’s Inuit.
Talented kayak mentors from around Canada and abroad convene to coach participants in all things qajaq. We believe every paddler will benefit from practicing Greenland skills, and what better time to perfect your form than when surrounded by world-class coaches and instructors.
Ontario Greenland Camp begins Friday evening at whatever time you can get there and ends Sunday afternoon at around 3pm.
