Kayak trip Saguenay Fjord, Quebec

Our seven-day Saguenay fjord kayak trip departs from Sainte-Rose-Du-Nord. The group will head down the Saguenay Fjord for stunning days of paddling, hiking and whale watching. Our trip ends at the mouth of the Saguenay Fjord in Tadoussac.  Our local expert guide Santiago will guide you on this trip. Expect breathtaking beauty, wildlife and awesome food and company. The sheer cliff faces and deep waters of the Saguenay are home to a number of marine mammal including Belugas and Minke whales. Camping during this trip will be in pre-reserved camping areas. At these beautiful sites you will find outhouses and also raised platforms to pitch your tent on. There are also often stream and waterfalls or trails to explore leaving from the site.

What to bring on your Saguenay Fjord kayak trip

  • Tent, Sleeping Mat and Sleeping bag
  • Clothes suitable to wilderness tripping for on and off the water
  • Camera, binoculars, or any additional comfort items you choose 
  • Full packing list will be provided
